Bad experience

The ladies at postnet library gardens are quiet mean. They don't listen to understand, they listen to respond. They should improve on their communication skills. I broke my phone as a result I couldn't find the tracking number. I went to them 1st but this rule of no tracking number no parcel even if you have the identity documents is so crazy. I had the worse experience especially in the early hours of the morning. Day spoiled
