Bad customer service relations

If you send them an email to be printed.they charge you R10 to access there email and extra fee for printing. If you go to other postnet you dont pay for accecing there email.you only pay for printing. On saturday i was there to send a parcel to Canada.the white lady working told me i need to provide my id and the receiver id in canada before she can help me because dhl has a new law.i went to another post net and i was help asap with out stories.post net head office quaga centre is bad.you actually need to fire the management or send them on tranning.
