Bad Customer Service

Bad customer service, Teller Zanele as Westville Jan Hofmeyr made assumptions about me receiving an SMS and when I tried to explain why I might not have (WASPA) she ignored me and continued to insinuate I didn't check my phone properly. I then used the F word in frustration not directed at her and she happened to her it and say I'm swearing at her(which I can understand the confusion) she then proceeded to call her boss who didn't even want to hear my side of the story at all which I'm highly disappointed about.
