Bad customer Service

I went to postnet Gonubie, i asked how mich over night express would cost to kimberley, it went to further me saying i would take the 2 to 3days coirier as overnight express woupd not work... Cause it was explained to me, so i opted for the 2 to 3 days, i also confirmed and they assured me the parcel would be in Kimberley by Friday the 12th November.

Fast forward to Friday when i checked the movements found that the parcel is at the sorting facility in Kimberley it was there by 8 am. We waited for the delivery for that day nothing happened, i also called post net kimberley branch but i was told the parcel is at the HUB, was given two numbers to call, so Saturday 13th i call those numbers the first one i called it just st hang up after 4 minutes of holding tried the number atleast twice but it kept on hanging up if not answered, i called the second number but there is a robo voice that is just giving information.. So i hang up its past 1 the parcel hasnt been delivered.

Am very upset because i could have taken a normal courier fee that would get there 5days but now i paid money just so the parcel can be delivered later with that high price i paid... I feel that this is not right and treatment is not fair.

Just for tefernce these are the numbers i called for the hub kimberley but no answer *** And ***.

It almost 1pm Saturday Parcel still havent been recieved.

Very disappointed customer
