Bad customer service

We were told by PostNet Groblersdal that they will now be charging an additional R12 per parcel that they collect from the Post Office.

The reason we changed from The Post Office to PostNet was because they collected our parcels.

Now when we are informed that there are parcels we have to go to PostNet to collect the notifications, then we go to the Post Office to collect our own parcels. Why do we have a PostNet box when we don't get the services that they offer.
