Bad customer service

Postnet Kuilsriver has very bad customer service. When I tried to enquire about my parcel the lady got very frustrated with me asking her question. Talking in her stressed tone, trying to keep her voice down while attacking me for questioning about my own parcel. Very disrespectful.
