Bad attitude terrible service

On the 12 April i phoned postnet eastgate asking them how do i order business cards the guy on the phone was short off didnt give me much info and just said i should send and e-mail wich i did do , i nevere recieved any response until 15 april i then called and a white afrikaans male answered the phone i asked him who opens the mail he said everyone does i then explained the latter matter to him , he then asked me who did i address the e-mail to i then said that i didnt address it to anyone and then he said i must address it to raoul i then told him that how long must i still wait then and then he said he is tryna help me and that i shouldnt be rude to him so i said that i wasnt rude to him and seeing as everyone opens the emails someone shouldve atteneded to my email or called me seeing as my numbers are on the email he then said that i was not their only customer and that they had alot of customers so i had to wait for them to attend to my email i then said to him i will take my business somewhere else i then he said good do that and dropped the phone in my ear ,when calling back i heard him talking about me , this is unnaceptable terrible pathetic service
