Bad Attitude by Branch owner

Today, whilst shopping at the center where PostNet Gansbaai is located, we were called by name to the Postnet shop by the owner Ricky Groenewald. We were initially unsure what he wanted as we do not know him personally, but he immediately started attacking us verbally regarding our previous comment on HelloPeter regarding the poor service we received at his store.

He proceeded unprofessionally with namecalling in front of other visitors to the store from the door of his store. How does this reflect of the professionality of PostNet and its franchisees? This matter has also been brought to the attention of the local Police service.
