Bad Attitude and Customer service

PostNet, Rustenburg Waterfall Mall. Firstly the customer service is utterly horrible point blank! Whilst you wait in line to be helped the staff will discuss you with other staff and think you are too stupid too notice. Teach your staff some respect damn it! A female staff member named Bianca at PostNet Waterfall Mall wasn't even assisting us but gave me and my sister the most disturbing attitude. A few days prior she helped us and me and my sister were discussing something with each other and she got all bossy and chipped in and talked to us in a very rude manner... Like seriously who the heck do you think you are?! Just because of that I'll never advise ANYONE TO GO THERE!! This was not the only time I had issues with this PostNet and their staff! You odd to be ashamed!!
