Bad attitude and absurd pricing

Good day,I had just experienced the WORST service from your branch in WELKOM.Kindly note that I am currently a single mother AND unemployed.However, I went to your branch to have faxes of my CV sent.1 Not only was I NOT greeted NOR acknowledged within 5 - 10 minutes of waiting, but when i eventually got noticed, the service and WELCOME i got from MS. Michelle was cold and unfriendly to say the least.2 I had requested for my CV to be faxed - No cost or price was given and MICHELLE went ahead and started the process 3 After what seemed to feel like an eternity, I asked Michelle how long this will take of which she promptly and very short off almost rudel,y said it can take up to an Hour.4 AFter being told this I asked if I can pay in the meantime and come collect my documents with proof of faxes back later, of which she said thats fine and continued to calculate my bill 5 TO much shock and Horror i was informed that i needed to pay R610.00!!!!for 6 faxes of 15 pages each. i immediately objected and asked to speak to the manager. 6 Note that MICHELLE rolled her eyes at me and walked with an attitude to the manager.7 The manager ( ANRU) Also had the worst possible approach!!
