Bad attitude
I went to chill lane for a photo for UK visa, they took the photo. I queried if the photo was right as on the UK website it asked that you show upper shoulders. I couldn't believe the way I was treated, the lady calls the owner. I asked the owner the same question and he asked me to please rather go somewhere else.
