Bad attitude

Worst customer service in Morning Glen shopping centre. Staff are low energy, no greetings, and couldn't be bothered to help. I handed in some papers for copying. There were alot so I said i would come back the next day. The next morning I wait for several minutes and only then am told to come back later as they are not finished They tore some of the papers in the binding and said they would have to cut it and replace the binding ring which the day before they told me they could not do.
