Awful service from Postnet Vryheid.

Having sent an envelope containing a sign legal paper from Vryheid to Postnet ***ey Park, Durban, I've received an email from the recipient showing pictures of the envelope ripped open and the document messed up . Complaining to Vryheid I was told it could have happened in transit. That's always imagining the vehicle stopped and letting somebody rifle through the content. How ludicrous! But it seemed obvious somebody looking for valuables . Having prepared another document I was told, in order for it to be send I'll have to pay again . I am sure one of the employees is responsible. 2 years ago having to send legal fdocuments to the same recipient the package went missing. Days later it was found in Pietermaritzburg. I think whoever operates Postnet has no idea about customer service and should pack it all in. Much better service is given by Courier Guy.
