Awaiting a Police Clearance Certificate for 8 week
Sent an application to SAP POLICE services on the 10 March 2015, was told it would take 3 weeks max! It's now over 8 weeks and Postnet Kloof Street, Cape Town are laying the blame at my door!! Apparently I never signed a form for the return of the document. What really upsets me, is during this 8 week period I have called them continuously and was told that I need to wait for an SMS!!!! This is PATHETIC SERVICES for which I have paid R1000,00. And besides the payment WHERE ARE IS MY APPLICATION. Really annoying as this document is needed for travel and has now become a matter of URGENCY!!!

Very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration that were caused as a result of the above-mentioned matter.
Unfortunately we cannot proceed with collection arrangements until you have received a SMS from SAPS CRC confirming that your certificate is ready for collection.
I understand that the owner of PostNet Gardens did advise you accordingly and that you have received the SMS in the meantime.
