As good as South African Post Office, for more money

<p>we sent a package from Postnet Sunnyside to Postnet Mafikeng and they said the package would be delivered on Friday 20th January 2017 at the latest. It is now the 21st and I'm calling the branch and they are not answering. The receiver of the package is still waiting. Why does this Postnet deliver what they promise? If I wanted bad service I would have gone to SAPO and paid less. At the very least they should answer the phone and explain to the customer why they are ***********.</p>
