Are Postnet without phones!!!

Good day my name is Franco Kruger, I bought something form a person and then he send the packet to me using PostNet and on their adverti*****ts they say that it will take between 2-3 working days for it to be delivered, but we all know that the covid- 19 is among us and that the lockdown made matters worse but this i never seen before. The record was created on the 30 June 2020, but still i haven't receive anything and nobody even took the time once to phone me back when i phoned to find out what the problem is and i even went so high as the person that is in charge of the courier side for postnet and he also told me he will get back to me the next day with an answer and it is almost a week later and still nothing. Luckily there are other courier services to use because i will never use postnet again in my life because the service is the worst I have ever seen in my life, I really don't know how you guys can say that you are a business but the people working for you guys don't even know how to work with people or know how a phone is working because they can't phone people back. It's so PATHETIC. My brain don't understand how this is possible and the sad part is that not even once did I scream on someone or swear at someone and then they just decide well you are not important enough so we will not phone you back. If one person phoned me back then it would have been better but not one person and it is almost a month and Still nothing and then if I phone the people nobody answer their phones. I also worked with customers before and if I was half as bad as the people at Postnet, I would have been without a job ages ago. I'm really not the person to badmouth a business, but this is unacceptable and I really hope that someone can do something about it and fix before it happens to somebody else.
