Appauling experience

<p>Today I visited the Postnet branch in East London where I was attended to by an elderly Caucasian lady. She was rude and her tone was very condesending. She also insulted my intelligence with some of the questions that she posed. This led to one gentleman walking out of this establishment as he was not willing to be serviced by this lady. She also didn't handle my parcel and the rest of the parcels which were kept in the box with care. She threw the parcels very hard on the floor. This lady had a negative attitude throughout the entire time that she was servicing me. When I asked her for her name she asked if I was not used to collecting parcels as it had appeared so, and then she moved away and went to a different counter.</p>
