Appaling Service Postnet Mostert Street Cape Town!!!

On September 20th I sent a parcel with Postnet Mostert Street, Cape Town. The parcel was never sent to Centurion as intended because apparently someone came to the store claiming to be my husband to collect the parcel. My stuff was given to the person with no ID, no Postnet Receipt for the R99 that I paid. I only learned about this from the intended recipient of the parcel. I called Postnet Mostert Street and even went to the store, they asked me to do an Affidavit and I did. They also asked me to view the video footage of the person who went to collect the parcel and I did not recognise the person. A case of ***** has been opened but what is more frustrating is that there has been no communication from Postnet Mostert Street. I have called and emailed with no assistance from the store manager or a courtesy to return my calls. This has been the worst service ever from Postnet Mostert Street in Cape Town.
