I’m really having a challenge with their service, I’ve sent a parcel from their shop but now I’m being told to contact post office cause I’m struggling to track my parcel, I’ve the parcel using PostNet so I don’t understand how it ended up with post office, it’s been 2 weeks and the parcel hasn’t reached it’s destination. There are very important and expensive things in there, this is causing me depression honestly.
