Amazing service

I recently used the DHL service from postnet in Sandton city mall in Johannesburg. I needed to send my passport and some documents to Egypt to an embassy for a work visa. I was super anxious as I have never sent my passport by myself to any country, let alone, Egypt where I wasn’t sure what the customs process would be like and if there would be any issues with my passport being held up. I have to say, from the get go I received amazing services from the team in the store. A special thanks to Bonita, William and Deon! They kept me updated via email and telephone every step of the way. I thankfully got my passport back in one piece.
