Always service with a smile

<p>I have been going to the Post net Broadacres for a year now. And I must say the service is just amazing. The thing that stands out for me personally is the team know you by your name, and its not just me but I see it with other customers as well. The staff are always so willing and always so helpful. I have not had a single problem to date. Bryan, the manager has such a wonderful personality and certainly looks after all customers. The other thing that is awesome, is let's say you running late for some reason and need to collect a parcel, you can just give them a call and they willing to wait for you after 5. For me this is going the extra mile and keeping customers happy. In these tough economic times, I certainly think Postnet Broadacres got the right attitude to keep customers happy. I highly recommend using this Postnet if you in the Fourways area. Great job Team Post Net Broadacres!!!!</p>
