Ag no man SIES really!

Sadly .... this is ONLY for your West coast branch.... before lock down i dreaded going there cause you met with a frown sarcastic lady that actually should not be in customer services SHE DOES NOT LIKE HELPING. Her whole attitude seeps through to the rest and i will rather drive 10 minutes extra to Tableview branch where you are met with a smile ... a plan for the problem and even a way to get you to safe some money doing a project, its like its a different business all in all ... and then i made the fatal mistake to phone West coast after lock down - SURPRISE SURPRISE - still the same negative horrible sarcastic way of going about! SIES!!!!!! Please can you send some of your eager happy nice polite patient kind staff to West Coast just so that the people can see its not your brand but just a rotten egg spoiling it for everyone! Maybe this person is going through a tuff time you guys be there for her and help her ... but going about her business the way she is is really just SIES!
