Accuracy of writing waybills and checking information with dispatcher

<p>Our organisation order certain things from a online store based in the Western Cape. The Waybill (PP937710) was completed by Constantia to go to Postnet Southdale (which is correct and is situated in the Southern Suburbs of Johannesburg with their Southdowns branches address. On Monday I called Postnet Constantia who gave me an undertaking that they would re-route the package to Southdale. I called the Southdowns branch this morning and was advised that the parcel did arrive there and that no-one of Constantia has contacted them to make arrangements to re-route parcel. I live approximately 45km away from the Southdowns store and 2km away from Southdale. I wont be using Postnet again for sure. </p>
