Absolutely shocking service

Good day to whom ever this may concern , I am utterly disgusted in the service I have recieved from postnet, on the 19th of December, I had a package sent to estcourt, your advertising clearly says 2 to 3 days and 1 extra day for out lying areas, the whole of this week I have phoned to track my parcel and no one has been able to tell me where it is , on the 24th I phoned for 5 hours from Newcastle to estcourt to Durban to Johannesburg to Richard bay to head office and to ur courier companies and I was bounce from one place to the next and not one single person knew where my parcel was, this is shocking in the first place , how can you offer a courier service and not know where your packages are, finally I had a lady from the Newcastle branch phone me and guarantee it would arrive in estcourt on the 24 so I took a drive to estcourt to be there when it arrive only to be told it had been sent back to george , which is pathetic , now I dont know how you do business but i have spent so much money on petrol and phone calls and I would like know where my package is today!!
