A staff member at PostNet Pretoria CBD is distracted with men and rude to the wives

I had a shocking experience at PostNet Pretoria CBD (Bothongo Building). While waiting in a long queue, the one staff member of Postnet was openly flirting with a well‑known employee from the Building and asking him if they can meet up during break time without anyone knowing. Judging from the customers response, he was very uncomfortable— a conduct that breaches basic professional‑behavior expectations under the Code of Good Practice on Harassment (Labor Relations Act, Schedule 8) and the Employment Equity Act, both of which require employees to maintain appropriate workplace boundaries and conduct themselves respectfully with customers and colleagues. The customer said: "I have a wife" and left quickly. However, the moment she saw me—and especially after seeing the wedding photo of MY husband and I that I needed printed on canvas—her behavior changed instantly. She became hostile, questioned why I was there, told me that I should not be there - It's the rudeness that I shouldn't have to deal with simply because I was requesting a standard service. I was dumbfounded. When her manager walked closer while assisting another customer, she abruptly changed her story smiled at me and said with an attitude, “I must have mistaken you for someone else,” which does not excuse her behavior. This conduct is unprofessional, emotionally volatile, and completely unacceptable for anyone representing a national franchise, and I request that management address and resolve this matter immediately and decisively.
