6 working days and no delivery
Postnet promise a 2-3 working day turnaround time on the branch to branch courier. I sent a parcel from Joburg to Cape Town l on the 23rd of December. I realise that there are a lot of holidays at this time of year, but It has now been 6 working days and the last status was that the parcel was 'checked out for despatch' on the 29th of December. Where is the parcel now?

Very sorry for the inconvenience caused as a result of the longer than anticipated delivery of the mentioned shipment.
It is so that during the Festive Season that certain routes would be affected by the scaling down of operations.
