40 days pacel not received yet

I sent a pacel to Zambia from Postnet in Pietermaritzburg that's Greyling Street branch on the 26th of April 2015. Sadly to date 40 days now pacel not received and no idea where it is of which was told it takes 10 days to deliver. Whenever I contact the branch am told they don't know where it could be and they can't trace it as it is a Global Mail package of which they say it goes by DHL. What's frustrates is the fact that they are not making efforts to follow up with DHL I mean surely if the pacel went and it's stack somewhere DHL is a big company they should have the records. The only thing they are showing me is the list of pacels that left on the time I sent of which mines is there but with the value of the package reduced to R100 indicating I sent a charger, of which I sent a brand new Smartphone and a Tablet with an external keyboard valued at R6000. I don't know what to do now coz am only told there's nothing they can do. It's either the pacel never left Greyling Street Postnet or it is stuck somewhere, the question is where and how?!
