2 Months just to get a Business Stamp

On 24 March 2015 I requested a Business Stamp from Postnet Centurion, they rep**** quickly with a quote for the rubber stamp. I then rep**** with the corrections needed on 24/03/2015 @ 15h43. Thereafter I sent a follow up mail with no response. They only responded on 20 April 2015 - with increased price and corrections still not done. I queried the new Cost, only to hear that i have delayed the process due to not replying, which was not the case as they never responded to my follow up mails. As discussed with David - I could still get the stamp for the previous quoted price. Thereafter no word from them in regards to the stamp - I followed up again on 18/05/2015 what the hold up was - they resend the quote still stating new price and still no corrections has been made. It is now 2 months just to get a Business Stamp from them. They really need to work on there customer sales - because its pathetic. I have been discussing this with 3 different people at Postnet - Awelani/David/Sibusiso - I really JUST want our Company Stamp - is that too much to ask???
