Terrible Management & People’s skills

This morning I called the pinetown branch pertaining the service from Postnet Palm court, they reach out to them and guess what? The feedback is - The Foreign person they spoke to was very rude , he hugged up on them. Surprisingly I was also assisted by him. Clearly I was not the issue on my encounter with him. It was not the first time I just have been patient. You cannot have someone that is that rude to assist the public as if he’s doing us a favour. Right now my parcel could be missing & he must be held accountable.
