PostNet Palm Curt playing jokes
PostNet Palm Court has phoned my mom twice on her cellphone claiming she needs to collect a parcel. The first time my mom went there, there was nothing to collect. The second time they called, we insisted on a reference number. This time the lady at PostNet refused to give it over the phone, only saying "come collect your parcel". When returning the call, it rings twice and ends. The number is confirmed as PostNet Palm Court.

08 Aug 2020, 12:20Good day, Kara. Our security measure is that no parcel tracking number is given over the phone. When a parcel arrives at our shop an SMS is sent out to the receiver's cellphone number. No parcel is issued to clients without an ID. Come with ID in order to be assisted if you do not have a ref.
