Shocking Service from Postnet Metlife Plaza Graphic Designer

The graphic designer, Robyn has no care to help clients properly. Just because she isn't willing to assist on designs not made by her. She will not correect spelling or add any words just because she didn't design the flyer. Before her, I had amazing service from Postnet. I could collect things the next day. Now I have to wait 3 to 4 days and still get the wrong stuff. There is alot more to this story but and need to speak to a manager but not even Postnet Head Office responds to emails or answers their phone. The service is shocking and they no longer care about the client. I highly recommend using any other company.
