Warning: Do not entrust any documents to PostNet Krugersdorp!!!

Warning! Do not trust PostNet Krugersdorp with any important documentation . Don't let them scan your documents or ask them to send it to an email address. Why? Because they do not know how to do it. I don't know if it is incompetence or that they simply don't care about good service. I asked one of the ladies at PostNet Krugersdorp to scan 29 pages of a TV script and to send it to two of my email addresses. I urgently needed the documents to be able to edit a TV program on Sunday 13/09/2020. I paid for the scanning of 21 pages and the sending thereof. This happened on 12/09/2020. I even helped The Post Net lady to complete the cover sheet. She was in a hurry because she and the other lady in PostNet said out loud that both of them urgently needed a smoke break, I left but when I returned home, I saw that the lady only posted the cover page (1) and never bothered to add the attachment. PostNet was closed for the weekend and I couldn't contact them because I couldn't find an emergency number. The result of this is that I am missing my deadline and that I am not able to deliver the TV program on time for broadcasting. The production took me 4 months and because of PostNet, it cannot be used because two PostNet workers needed a smoke break.
