Poor Customer service

Postnet at Krugersdorp is full of ****,I went to do copies whereby came blary and teller said that how they are,and the copies was rejected by Engineers due to quality and when i went to complain,Mananger by name of Amanda called head office and she was directed how to print clear quality,and now owner is refuseing to refund me my money because i went to go print somewere else and I dont need credit,Owners He cant refund me if I dont understand I should call him to clear it that he cant refund my money and very disappointed as the mananger also realise the quality difference after she was directed by Postnet head office
