Do your homework and ask lots of questions - staff are not very clued up!

Staff were not very clued up on courier options, then provided very confusing info. If you are sending an international package, do your homework online first and then only should you head down to this branch.

I needed to send documents (with larger than usual dimensions) via DHL/Aramex. The staff were not very clued up on available options and initially requested that I send it as a parcel in a box - very expensive! I simply folded my 4 page item in half and asked to send it in their cardboard envelope instead.

The staff member helping me also provided conflicting info about whether Aramex/DHL was the better option for my destination. I had to read their catalogues myself to review the comparative lead times and the costs.
