Worst service ever postlink greenstone

The staff member gave me attitude to the point that she wanted to argue with me as if she was doing me a favor doing her job. My mother submitted an assignment to be completed by her and she made mistakes on it at first we understood she is human we were willing to fix but as time went by we realized that we needed her help and she didn't have time therefore we kept asking she would come and then leave us again attend to other customers when I eventually lost it and asked what kind of service this was since they are even charging us for this service she told me she got things to do and she wont stand with us and fix her mistakes.the manager was also not so helpful he took her side...after this kind of experience I will not be using them again I do not appreciate being treated like that and I will not allow it people need to know why they app**** for jobs
