Disappointed
The worst service received from Postlink in Douglasdale. I ordered a canvas print 2 weeks ago, and they printed the incorrect dimensions for the second time. I really should have went through someone more reliable. R1250 later and I still haven’t received my stuff.

Atrocious Customer Service at Postlink Menlyn Retail Park
I received atrocious customer service at Postlink Menlyn Retail Park, and my experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment I sought assistance, I was treated unprofessionally and without the level of courtesy and respect that customers should expect. The service was poor, communication was lacking, and I left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. To make matters worse, after my experience, I asked for the contact details of the branch manager or a supervisor so that I could escalate my complaint. I was provided with incorrect contact details, which prevented me from raising my concerns through the appropriate channels. This only added to my frustration and gave the impression that there was no genuine willingness to address customer complaints. I believe this branch needs significant improvement in its customer service standards and staff training. Based on my experience, I would advise others to exercise caution before using this branch. I hope PostNet investigates this matter seriously and takes the necessary steps to improve the customer experience.
