Postlink Nelspruit closed down without providing already paid service to the clients

The Nelspruit branch has been closed for about two months without any warning nor service to the customers and mail box holders. This is despite costumers paying for the mail boxes in advance. Mail and parcels are now stranded or either returned back by the main Post Office as individual Post Link clients cannot access them at the Post Office. As if that's not enough, Postlink Head office number answered by a gentleman named Nick will not give you a straight answer. He will be either driving or coming out of the office and promise to come back to you. I gave him tracking numbers for my parcels but no feedback was given to me. Its also useless to send an email to the Head Office email address as you wont get any response regardless of the number of times you email them.
