Bad service from Postlink

What an appalling service I received from them.I send a parcel from Bloemfontein to Mahikeng on the 03 June and I was promised that it will take about 4 to 5 working days to deliver it and up to now I'm still waiting for it to be delivered.I spoke to Lebo Mokhoro,Philip Janse van Rensberg,Thabang Marake,Cindy from Bluexpress but nothing happened.They just kept on lying to me every time I enquire.I all instances,I'm the one who has to send a Mail to them to *** don't have a decency of at least calling me and send me a mail just to let me know of what it happening.Their service is really DISGUSTING.
