SERVICE WITH BAD ATTITUDE

I'm a regular Post Net user at this branch (Haasendal Gables), Monday I forgot my red and black usb, so today( Wednesday), I decided to go ask if they didn't see it, when I got there, the 2 young men were busy with customers, I waited patiently alone, until another customer joined me, she went straight to the photo printer, and while she was trying to print, the guy with a rose tattoo on the neck asked if she needs some help, she told him she wanted to print a picture from her cellphone, he went on and showed her the email address she should use to email the photo she wanted to print, he then continued with the 2 ladies he was serving without even looking at me to at least find out if I needed some help, like he did with the lady that came in after me, this time there were 3 more customers waiting after me, fortunately they finished their customers at the same time , and the guy with afro called the next customer, I went, instead of asking how he can assist, he shouted and said, " mam are you next in line"? As if I jumped the line, even when I said yes he confirmed with the other lady that was behind me, after she confirmed, be then asked the other guy about the usb, who then said," I see millions of usb's I wouldnt know" instead of checking, because it was the last place I used it. I am very disappointed with unequal service that I got there yesterday, it's even a disgrace to see young South Africans, like them treating customers differently simply because of their skin color, their attitude was very bad towards me, an it did not sit well with me. Post Net is my local internet cafe and I expect excellent service, as I myself deal with customers of all races. The attitude they showed me yesterday was disgusting! I'm glad I left my daughter In the car, she didn't witness the poor service I received, I wish they find it to themselves and apologise.
