Positano Boutique Hotel Queenstown EC, false adverti*****t

My partner and I stayed at @Positano Boutique Hotel in Queenstown, Eastern Cape. This establishment was advertised with a swimming pool, and due to the hot weather, we knew we would want to be in the swimming pool. On arrival, we were met with friendly staff members, the room was clean and beautifully decorated. However, when we wanted to go to the pool, the water was green and the pool was severely dirty. I asked a staff member if it was save to take a swim. He said yes, and that it's only the leaves that blew into the pool. We were so dissapointed... if we knew that the pool would be "out of order" we would have booked at another establishment. We were met with weather of 37degrees, and had to stay in our room. Please don't advertise a service you are unable to offer.
