Port Shepstone Regional Hospital

I still do not understand what are the duties of PRO in government hospital. They are the most useless people ever especially the PRO of Port Shepstone Regional Hospital. We sat in the pharmacy for 3 hours waiting for medication. We complain to her and nothing is been done about it. The pharmacy team members are roaming around the pharmacy at the back chating while the public is waiting for service. This is one of the worst government hospital ever with *********** PRO.
