Poor, Poor Service From Plexus Wealth (KZN)

I thought Plexus Wealth (KZN) is a professional company that is well managed, but I was lying to myself it like they only do things just for a sake of doing it. No honesty no professionalism nothing. it a mission to get feedback. I requested Trust financials on the 26 August 2025, I was told that it will be sent to me shortly. 5 days later when i was doing a follow up i was told that statement got errors, accountants are working on it. from that day to the present date i haven't received Trust financials as requested i ended up giving up as i was the one who was doing a follow up in each day. I even sent an email to their regional manager, as usual there was no feedback till the present date. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone who want to invest their money.
