Poor customer service

I'm with budget insurance and I must say I'm very disappointed in them. Firstly the received and alert from tacking company but never bothered to call back. Secondly they never updated me on progress though all documents have been submitted. Thirdly the lady my the name of Thandeka is very unprofessional, no response to emails till you start escalating. Fourthly, they sourced sent me a ridiculous quote where I'm expected to pay over 70% of the panel beater costs while they literally paying 30%. Fifthly, my claim is just idling while they quick to collect monthly premiums. I sent a request to Thandeka whom to present has not bothered to respond. Lastly, I wouldn't recommend anyone to go through what I'm dealing with.
