Irate customer

The reception is ****, they did not want me to see the doctor, they wanted me to pay an upfront payment of admin fee that I was not advised about and in top of that they are giving me **** service. They are not showing any empathy or enthusiasm. They have no interest in helping you. They refused me to see the doctor when I was struggling in paying after doing a operation. The service could be better if the reception could be more polite and respectful, they have no courtesy at all. The doctor was okay and gave me what I needed. The doctor need to change his reception
