I want a call back

I was at the labour department last week Friday 8/8/2025 to sign for my second payment today I check the online systems to see if my request has been put through payment I see nothing and I haven't received any sms to say that request for payment I put my claim through now which tells me the lady who helped never did her job right or processed my form for payment. I'm already sitting without a job but now I must sit with this incompetence as well, not fair.
