I have had several unpleasant experiences with staff at the Checkers Gateway Mall branch, particularly in the Deli and Sushi & Salad departments. Staff have repeatedly been rude, dismissive and unhelpful. On one occasion, I was told, “Not eating pork is your problem,” when I asked if bacon could be replaced. I have also been left waiting while staff chatted, spoken to disrespectfully when requesting a product, and laughed at after an error was made with my breakfast. This level of customer service is unacceptable and needs to be addressed
