Customer service & Refund processing

Nike athlete's have the guts of raising their voices to customers wheres i am enquiring about my refund. I placed an order on the 22nd of November and cancelled it as the delivery date was inaccurate. Money was already deducted from my account to date i have not received my refund they are pushing the blame to my banker. NIKE.COM your service is very bad see me now see me no more. I want my refund
