Bad customer service experience

I recently returned an item which I had bought at Ermelo Fashion Fusion. When I purchased an item, there was no clear disclaimer about the non return policy on the receipt or signage, nor did any cashier mentioned it. I only find out about the policy when I tried to return the item. The cashier was kind but the manager was rude and unreasonable. She would not let me exchange an ites, didn't even attempt to inspect it. She ended by saying," you might as well give it away if it doesn'tfit". I was so disappointed by the service.
