Bad attitude from the delivery guy

Today a guy from Speedaf by the name of Lesedi Sethokga was supposed to deliver my parcel but went on the wrong address and he was shouting and when I was frustrated that the address that he is in it wrong he was to quick to say don’t shout at me but it is fine when he is shouting and the mistake was on his side he never apologised for what he did instead said you can call customer service and that time the Speedaf number was not working
