NO DEPOSIT REFUND

NO DEPOSIT REFUND. Unfortunately, I have also had a bad experience. I paid a 70% deposit on the 20th of March 2022 but am still waiting on PoolMasterssa to come and do the work. There have been numerous dates which have all been cancelled due to either bad weather or load shedding. I have requested a deposit refund but have been told it is difficult for them to refund me, and it normally ends up with attorney letters back and forth. I am extremely concerned that I will not get my deposit back. This is our hard-earned money which we especially put aside to have our pool redone.

When I decided to approach PoolMasterssa to do the work, there were mostly great reviews on Google and no negative reviews on Hello Peter. There was no reason for me to suspect I would lose my deposit. Since I have paid my deposit, the bad reviews have started surfacing. On Hello Peter (see the link below) there are a couple of reviews from customers who have paid the deposit, only to have no further communication from PoolMasterssa.
